Please complete the “request a quote” form, and we will get back to you with a quote along with shipping guidelines. Once you’ve shipped your device, make sure to provide us with the tracking number and your device’s passcode. This ensures we can thoroughly test it before and after the repair.

We don’t have a physical storefront, so please send your device to us for repair via mail.

To ensure the functionality of all features (like cameras, mics, speakers, sensors, wifi, gps, touch id, and flashlight) before returning the device to you, we require your passcode. Without thorough testing, we cannot offer a warranty on our repairs. If you’re comfortable foregoing the warranty, then we don’t need the passcode.

If you have concerns about data privacy, we recommend backing up your device via iTunes/iCloud and then resetting it to factory settings before sending it. If you choose this route, ensure your device is iCloud unlocked, without a passcode, and set up to access the home screen.

For standard repairs, it typically takes 1-7 days. If it’s going to take longer, we’ll inform you. Data recovery tasks, on the other hand, average between 1 to 4 weeks.

Once the repair is completed, we’ll email you an invoice. You can then make an online payment using your credit card. We process all our payments through Stripe or PayPal.

You’ll cover the cost of sending the device to us, and we’ll handle the return shipping. This arrangement is also applicable for warranty repairs.

Reach out to the shipping carrier in case of lost or damaged packages during transit, as we cannot be held accountable for such mishaps. If you wish to insure your package, it costs $5 for the initial $100 of coverage and an additional $2 for every subsequent $100. Inform us once you’ve shipped your package so we can adjust your invoice after the repair is done.

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs, counting from the day you receive the repaired device back, including those under warranty. While you’ll cover the shipping costs to send it to us, we’ll handle the repair and return shipment at no extra charge.

Once the repair is complete, we’ll provide you with a tracking number. Occasionally, the package might not be scanned at our local post office before moving to the next destination, so don’t be concerned. Typically, after receiving your payment, we ship your item either the same day or the next.

We recommend sending the entire device to ensure comprehensive testing post-repair. For iPads, if you require our assistance in disassembling or reassembling the screen, an additional fee of $55 will apply.

Invoices are due within 30 days. If not settled within this period, you risk losing your device. We’ll make several attempts to collect the payment during those 30 days.

We don’t provide standalone inspections for devices. When we provide a quote for repair or data recovery, we anticipate performing the specified service on your device. Should we determine that your device is beyond our capacity to service, a $25 inspection fee will be charged. This is because the inspection often involves significant effort, and there are instances when we only ascertain the repair feasibility after the process has already been initiated.
